Rennasys Extractor Terms of Service

    By accessing or using the Rennasys Extractor portal and associated backend API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use the service.

    1. Service Description

    Rennasys operates an automated utility that captures a static DOM snapshot of client-side rendered HTML and compiles it into page-level React JSX boilerplate. The service is designed to automate manual frontend export processes.

    2. Authorized Use Covenant

    You represent and warrant that you hold explicit legal authorization, ownership, or permission to extract the target URL submitted to our backend. Rennasys is provided strictly as a technical utility. You retain sole responsibility and liability for any violations of third-party terms of service, copyrights, proprietary data laws, or intellectual property rights resulting from your use of this tool. You agree to indemnify and hold Rennasys harmless against any legal claims arising from unauthorized DOM extractions initiated by your API key.

    3. "As-Is" Software Disclaimer

    The extraction engine is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. Due to the nature of client-side rendering and aggressive DOM sanitization, we do not guarantee perfect visual or functional fidelity across all dynamic elements, scripts, or iframes. Rennasys explicitly disclaims all warranties regarding the ongoing compatibility of the exported code with future browser updates, third-party component libraries, or structural changes to the HighLevel Inc. platform architecture.

    4. Payments and Refund Policy

    The extraction engine automatically provisions non-recoverable server compute, headless browser memory allocation, and database bandwidth upon execution. Because these infrastructure costs are incurred instantly, all API credit purchases and extraction executions are final and non-refundable.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rennasys and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or inability to access the service. In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims related to the service exceed the total amount paid by you to Rennasys in the twelve months preceding the dispute.

    6. Trademark and Affiliation Disclaimer

    Rennasys is an independent software tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to HighLevel Inc. GoHighLevel and HighLevel are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

    7. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Alberta.

    8. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Continued use of the extraction engine after any revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
