Rennasys Extractor Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you purchase API credits or execute a DOM extraction, we collect specific metadata to operate the service.

• Account Data: Name, email address, phone number, and physical address submitted during the checkout process.
• System Data: GoHighLevel Contact IDs, extraction usage counts, remaining credit limits, and incoming webhook payload metadata.
• Authentication Data: The x-api-key header transmitted by your browser to verify your license state.

2. Explicit Opt-In Consent

By entering your information and completing a transaction through our payment gateway, you explicitly opt-in and consent to the collection of your personal data. You consent to receive transactional emails regarding your API key, order receipts, and system alerts. You also opt-in to receive periodic promotional communications regarding Rennasys updates. You may revoke this consent and unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of our communications.

3. Transient Data Handling (The Extraction Engine)

The Rennasys backend utilizes a headless browser architecture to execute a Static DOM Snapshot of your target URL.

• The server temporarily caches the target HTML, CSS, and media assets in active server memory during the compilation process.
• Once the ZIP archive is generated and streamed back to your browser, the cached DOM data is instantly dumped from server memory.
• Rennasys does not permanently store, harvest, or analyze the compiled React source code or the raw contents of the sites you extract.

4. Third-Party Data Processors

We rely on verified third-party infrastructure to process your data securely.

• Stripe: All financial transactions are processed by Stripe. Your payment data is tokenized. Rennasys never sees, processes, or stores your raw credit card numbers.
• GoHighLevel: We utilize GoHighLevel as our CRM and email automation engine. Your contact data is stored in our GoHighLevel database to route your API keys and manage your license status.

5. Data Security

Your API keys and usage metadata are stored securely in Google Firebase Firestore. We enforce strict database rules and authenticate all extraction requests against this database to prevent unauthorized access to your quota.

6. Your Rights

You maintain the right to access, update, or request the permanent deletion of your personal data from our CRM and Firestore databases. To execute a deletion request, reply to your original order email with the instruction to purge your record.

7. Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the privacy laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
